And even once the project is over, our after-sales team will guarantee you active and reliable after-sales support for your projects and will assist you in any questions that you may have. A central service office records all current enquiries, defects and problems, and forwards them immediately to the project managers or offices responsible for processing. An analysis of the reported and processed items provides you with access to the latest status updates so that you can keep up to speed.
