The restaurant chain McDonald’s United Kingdom, number 1 of quick service restaurants worldwide, gives this coveted award each year to one of the numerous manufacturers and suppliers by rating, amongst others, complete furniture deliveries as well as different interior design concepts.
real Group producing and delivering high-quality furniture considerably contributes to the unique design of McDonald’s UK and provides for successful on-budget realization of construction and reconstruction projects that are scheduled each year.

TOP 100 Innovator

TOP 100, the most significant innovation award for SMEs, recognises the achievements of the most innovative businesses among Germany’s small and medium-sized business community. As part of a study on benchmarking, all participants were compared, with the focus of this assessment lying on innovation management.
Only the best are presented with the TOP 100 award during a major gala event and permitted to use this seal of quality. real Group is one of those most innovative businesses in Germany. The “Top 100 Innovative 2009” award motivates us to continue along this successful path.


TOP JOB is representative of excellence as an employer. Supported by scientific means, the effectiveness of the HR efforts of small and medium-sized German companies is assessed by way of an employee survey, and if the criteria set by the University of St Gallen are met, the company is awarded the TOP JOB seal of quality.
We too at real Innenausbau AG have allowed ourselves to be assessed by our staff, and thanks to their positive feedback, we fared successfully in the assessment, allowing us to now be counted among Germany’s certified employers!
Moreover, the comparison with other certified companies revealed that we are among the best of them. And for this, we were awarded the TOP JOB Award 2013, which was presented to us by Wolfgang Clement, the mentor of the project.

Fair company

We acknowledge our corporate responsibility towards young people. The real Group considers it extremely important to support the next generation of workers and provide them with the means to successfully start out in the world of work. For this belief we have received recognition as a fair company from the job and business magazine ‘Karriere’.

As a fair company, we adhere to various principles:

  • We offer internships mainly to provide professional guidance during the training phase.
  • We do not substitute full-time positions with internships.
  • We do not fob off graduates that have applied for permanent positions with internships.
  • We do not ‘bait-and-switch’ interns by vaguely implying the potential of a subsequent full-time position.
  • We pay interns a fair wage for their work.


The DUALIS award granted by the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry Heilbronn-Franconia is given to excellent training companies. Within the scope of an audit, the individual phases of professional training are examined and evaluated by four company representatives from the Heilbronn region. On this occasion, trainee recruitment , beginning and execution phase of professional training as well as the exams and subsequent permanent employment phase are analyzed. The checks arrived at the conclusion that real Innenausbau AG provide their trainees with a higher-than-average training quality and thus with the best preparation for a successful start into professional life.
